Club coaching is held on Tuesdays.To help ensure we have power to the Start-Gate and Lights - as from Tuesday 6th March 2007 - $2 per rider will be required to participate in club coaching sessions (to be paid at the canteen where you can obtain your 'training pass' for the session).Children under 14yrs MUST have a parent or guardian supervising. The evening is split into the following groups:

$2 per rider

Sprockets (7yrs & under)
 

6pm - 6:45pm

8yrs - Open
 

6:45pm - 8:00pm

Our Coaches are only too willing to talk to you or your child should you need assistance with something.The club coaching structure can change leading up to major events such as state or national championships.The South Australian BMX Association hold sprocket clinics and development programs from time to time. Flyers advertising these are usually placed on the notice board.

** Riders not wishing to participate in training and take instructions from the coaches are not permitted on the track during the above times **
